Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Industry: Pharmaceutical distribution
Location: Brampton
Shift: Night 9:30pm to 6:00am
Salary: 75k-80k
As a warehouse supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and leading a team in day-to-day operations. Drive and elevate productivity levels while enhancing staff morale and engagement. Uphold and enforce compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act Regulations and the Organization's Health and Safety policies/programs to guarantee employee well-being and safety.
Advantages
Competitive base salary of 75,000 - 80,000.
Bonus structure: Annual 10% bonus. 7,500 bonus for the night shift (shift premium)

Responsibilities
- A leader that can drive a team to elevate their productivity without sacrificing quality through supporting the team to be more strategic and proactive.
- Ensure customer orders are efficiently and accurately prepared and shipped on time to meet clients/customers needs. This will include the pick/replenishment of product.
- Communicate with management to produce daily updates and manage night staff schedules, vacations, and duty assignments.
- Implement and maintain work practices in accordance with established procedures within the distribution environment.
- Plan and execute continuous improvement programs in collaboration with other supervisors to have a more cohesive work environment that can help drive operational standards and efficiency in the workplace.
- Enforce health and safety policies, conduct training, and ensure safe operating procedures through proactive team huddles, workplace inspections and if necessary workplace investigations.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action through observing daily practices that can help them with their development.
Qualifications
- Typically requires 3+ years of distribution experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities to improved results.
- Willing to work the night shift 9:30pm to 6:30am EST.
- Working in a unionized work environment will be considered a plus.
- Previous experience in distribution will be considered a plus.
