Role Responsibilities

Are you a self-motivated paralegal looking for a new role where you can actively provide high level paralegal support using your advanced legal administration skills? If so, we have a Paralegal opportunity with the Legal Services Division that could be right for you!

We are seeking a Paralegal to support the Labour and Employment Law Team (LELT). The Paralegal is responsible to provide a broad range of support to the counsel on the LELT team and provides significant contribution to effective management of human rights files, labour arbitration files and other quasi-judicial matters.

Responsibilities of this position will include:


To be successful in this position, you must be able to perform detailed work with a high level of accuracy and have excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines while handling a high volume of work. Your ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while working in a team environment is necessary. As well, you must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, witnesses, lawyers and support staff.

Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
