Job description
Project Manager
Our client is a leading design and fabricator or integrated process solutions for the biotech, pharma, food and beverage industries. They are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities- Preparation of thorough, accurate and timely estimates, including the preparation of bid documents and the development of clear written proposals and correspondence.
- Review of all drawings and specifications to determine scope of work of estimates
- Develop job essential data including quantity takeoffs, material price lists, labour costs and equipment to ensure accurate cost estimates and bids
- Work with the sales team to prepare proposals
- Select tools, materials and equipment from suppliers, obtain pricing and track inventory
- Coordinate with the client(s) throughout the project
- Overall management of project schedule and project execution process
- Successfully manage and deliver projects
Requirements: - Qualified candidate must have an undergraduate degree or diploma
- 5+ years of related industry experience
- Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in reading and translating computer generated shop drawings, plans, specifications, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and multi-task with ease between bidding and existing projects
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must
