Our client who is a leading company with retail stores across North America, is looking for a detail oriented and experienced accounting and inventory reconciliation clerk based in Calgary to work with their team across western Canada. The ideal candidate would have a background in accounts payable and inventory reconciliations with a willingness to be a part of the team as well as work independently as needed. ...

Responsibilities
- Prepare inventory reconciliation files
- Verify Visa reports, identify general ledger code errors and correct them during inventory period
- Invoicing and validating supplier inventory
- Perform various administrative tasks and prepare reports
- Travel required within western Canada up to 30% of the time

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and reconciliations
- Retail experience an asset
- Physical inventory experience is a strong asset
- Tech Savvy with strong Excel and presentation skills
