The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs and policies. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of HSE regulations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

If selected, the job location would be in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate safety training programs to educate employees on safe work practices.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and maintain safe working conditions.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of all HSE-related incidents and activities.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to employees to promote a culture of safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in HSE coordination, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry.
• Should have Rig and Non Rig Experience
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HSE management systems and auditing processes.
• Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
