Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid, Toronto)
End Client: Royal Bank of Canada
Start Date: March 4 2024 to Oct 31 2024
T4 Rate: $57/hr CAD, INC rate: $70/hr
Job Description/ Responsibilities
• Work closely with business users to understand business requirements
• Prepare high level and detailed requirements specifications for the project in accordance with SDLC objectives
• Efficiently perform the day to day business analysis tasks including documentation of requirements, data analysis and UAT
• Work closely with development team to explain the requirements, validate the design assumptions for various business scenarios and testing
• Support QA team in creation of UAT test cases against business requirements
What are the top 3 skills required for this role?
1. Market Risk (Fundamental Review of Trading Book experience - Standardized Approach and Internal Models Approach)
2. Understanding of financial products (Bonds, Equity, FX etc.) and their valuation
3. Strong data analysis skills are required including analyzing large data sets in Excel and using SQL queries
