We are currently looking for a Client Service Specialist for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $23.62.

18month contract (Maternity Leave Coverage).

Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).

Training duration: 7 weeks.

Work schedule from 9 am 5 pm.

Responsibilities:

Manage the 1800 call center queue to address customers queries regarding licensing requirements.

Obtain or provide information in situations requiring tact diplomacy or persuasion; handle hightension or stressful situations.

Provide a high level of service to our customers.

Build solid relationships both internally and externally to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Meet quality productivity and service level standards.

Proactively work to identify troubleshoot and correct semicomplex to complex issues resolving complaints and concerns by coordinating with other staff and departments as required.

Identify trends and patterns in client issues escalating them to management.

Complete and participate in ongoing training and education to remain current on product industry service and administrative changes.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive unit and consistent service.

Understand multiple systems.

Manage tight deadlines and address urgent cases.

Manage customer expectations.

What you will need to succeed:

Postsecondary school graduation or equivalent work experience.

Current knowledge of the areas business/procedures is highly desirable.

Solid negotiation and problemsolving skills.

Understand and use appropriate methods of communication when dealing with clients (phone email).

Excellent customer service negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to think outside the box when troubleshooting inquiries.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Computer proficiency with all the Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
