Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Scarborough Ontario, a Manager at Dolphin Gaming. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all departments are working efficiently and effectively, managing budgets and resources, identifying and implementing new processes and procedures, and mentoring and developing team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in management, preferably in the gaming industry
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and be a self-starter
