Roles & responsibilities:-

• Adequate resourcing and training for team members to complete assigned tasks in timely and accurate manner.

• Goal setting to meet targeted productivity and quality goals.

• Oversee needs for additional resources including participation in recruitment, on-boarding and training.

• Participation in Client QBR’s

• Monitoring KPI’s · Ensure exceptional customer service.

Preferred Experience:-

• 5 + years’ experience in Customs Brokerage

• Minimum One year in a supervisory role

• CCS in good standing

• Knowledge of Cargowise an asset

• Microsoft suite
