We at Juniper Networks are seeking continuing students who are interested in Digital Customer Success Summer 2024 Internships.
We’re looking for people who are excited about the opportunity to learn, help build and execute Juniper Networks’ Scaled Customer Success motion - using systems, automation, and collaboration with teams across the organization. You will learn to engage and nurture customers’ post-sales experience using 1-to-many and human strategies. The results? Increased customer engagement and adoption.
Our Digital Customer Success Specialist will:
- Leverage data, triggers, and the Juniper Customer Success Platform to proactively reach out to customers during pivotal moments in their customer journey
- Address customer queries and issues related to adoption and the customer success campaigns they receive
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements for impactful customer and internal workflows
- Assist with the configuration of workflows in the Customer Success Platform
- Validate and test workflows to ensure customers have a quality experience
- Analyze and report on results to demonstrate team success
Successful Digital Customer Success Specialist candidates must:
- Be enrolled in a Bachelors graduating December 2024 or later.
- Be comfortable with data, systems and have effective communication, people, and project management skills
- Have strong communication skills – particularly written. Experience with copy writing (process guides, email to customers, adoption content, success stories) a plus
Preferred qualifications for this role include:
- Experience with CRMs or Customer success solutions such as Totango, Gainsight or SalesForce
- Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in customer centric roles – formal or informal.
- Strong English writing skills
- Experience working over video, chat, and other collaboration tools.
