Job description
Roska DBO Inc. is currently seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for our busy client located in St. Albert, AB. This position will be for a 6 month term with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the office with excel spreadsheets, greeting guests, ordering lunches for meetings, ordering office supplies as well as some accounts payable tasks. The shift for this role is Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support with data entry, document review and accounts payable.
- Preparation of reports
- Data input and analysis
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives and visitors at all times
Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe with the capability to learn new programs quickly.
- High School diploma and Office Admin certificate preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientated
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a self-starter and team player
