Please Note: This competition is limited to current salaried NAIT staff.

The Buyer’s Assistant is an integral member of the shop AT NAIT procurement team providing buying support to our Learning Materials Specialist and Merchandise Specialist buyer. As directed this position will be responsible for compiling and analyzing supply needs for the procurement team, helping to build out PO’s and tracking orders as required. This position will help liaison with other areas of our operations to ensure supply requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner. We are looking for a creative, professional individual to join our team and provide outstanding customer experiences.

Remuneration : $39,831.25 - $51,426.65 (based on 32.625 hours per week) annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. (Classification – Administrative Support IV).

Th is position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.
