Aztec Electrical Supply is hiring a Automation Assembly Technician .

Responsibilities:

- Assembly of Festo mechanical actuators
- Assembly of Festo Pneumatic Air Prep units
- Assembly and wiring of basic control interfaces and boxes
- Safe operation of Rittal Perforex CNC Machine
- Using AutoCAD software to interpret, modify and create drawings
- Mount and cut enclosures according to drawing specifications

What to expect in your first month:

- Get to know you team, office and warehouse.
- Attend and be provided Festo training to provide product knowledge and ability to assemble actuators and air prep as per order requirements.
- Attend intensive machine training in Mississauga for the Rittal Perforex.
- Learn how to safely operate the Perforex machine for various types of cut outs and materials.

Requirements:

- A desire to learn and continue to grow.
- A post secondary education of mechanical or electrical technician.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
