Oracle HCM Technical Project Manager
The Select Group is actively recruiting a talented Oracle HCM Technical Project Manager to join one of Canada's top telecom providers. We seek an individual with robust expertise in Oracle HCM with excellent domain knowlege in Oracle CORE HR and Oracle Recruitment . In this role the Project Manager, will spearhead 'Day 2' operations, prioritizing stakeholder management, risk assessment, and comprehensive reporting. This position offers a remote work arrangement, and applications from candidates eligible to work in Canada.
**Experience & Responsibilities: **
- Leveraging extensive Oracle HCM expertise, particularly in Cloud Core HR and recruitment modules, to ensure seamless alignment with organizational needs.
- Proficient in reporting, with a preference for Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or Oracle Human Resource Cloud is considered advantageous.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize project requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate project team meetings, setting agendas, documenting action items, and tracking progress.
