We are disrupting the fundraising model by helping charitable organizations, raise funds by using our electronic raffle solutions, raise recurring donations, build on their donor datasets, build deeper engagement from their donor databases, and achieve record donor revenues.
As a leading provider of strategy and technology for 50/50 raffles, sweepstakes, and Catch the Ace raffles, we’ve helped over 500 charitable organizations raise over $1 billion on our platform to date, and we’re only just getting started.
As our Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you’ll be the architect behind our direct-to-consumer communication strategies. Your work will span across our sports and lottery businesses, focusing on crafting and optimizing the customer experience from start to finish.
YOUR ROLE
- Designing and executing comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with brand’s voice and business objectives.
- Developing and managing audience segmentation, KPIs, and an editorial calendar to ensure targeted and effective communication.
- Leading the charge on utilizing and enhancing our email marketing software and technology stack, ensuring we’re at the forefront of industry practices.
- Analyzing campaign performance meticulously, leveraging data to drive strategic improvements and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborating seamlessly across teams, including operations, product, engineering, and external freelancers, to create unified and impactful campaigns.
- Conducting deep dives into customer behavior and preferences to inform and refine your strategies.
What You’ve Done:
- Accumulated 3-5 years of B2C experience in a high-volume email marketing or customer lifecycle role, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in building sophisticated email drips and automation, preferably with tools like Customer.io or Klaviyo.
- Successfully launched and optimized targeted email campaigns, with a strong foundation in A/B testing and analytics tools.
- Shown proficiency in managing multi-channel messaging campaigns, including Email, In-App Push, and SMS.
