Clinic Receptionist

We are looking for a part-time receptionist for our multi-disciplinary clinic. We offer Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic and other health care services as well.

We are looking for a candidate who is great at multi-tasking, trainable and detail orientated. Previous experience is an asset.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Answer the phone, emails and texts
• Schedule patients
• Billing to insurance companies and calling insurance companies
• Taking payments
• Ordering supplies and products
• Completing call backs for patient retention
• General up keep of the clinic
• Assisting Physiotherapists with patients

We are hiring for a part-time and full-time position.
