Customer Care & Reservations Agent

We are currently seeking Customer Care & Reservations Agents to join our team .
Job Duties:
- Quote fares and book flights for customers.
- Ticketing support.
- Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights.
- Communicate with customers to determine individual needs.
- Address Customer Service issues with empathy and understanding.
- Provide general information on PAL Airlines policies and procedures.
- Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills.
- When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs.
- Other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience is required
- Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
