DraftLine YYZ (Toronto) is Labatt’s in-house creative agency and part of the draftLine family across the world with offices in New York, Buenos Aires, London to name a few
DratfLine is a first of its kind in-house creative engine powered by data & technology moving at the speed of popular culture. draftLine will also leverage consumer data and marketing technology to measure media and content performance in real time and ultimately personalize consumer digital experience at scale

You are:

- You are a big ideas person with a focus on strategy.
- Passionate about social and digital advertising and communication
- Well versed in all areas of digital communications production (social, web, apps, video, imagery etc.)
The Role:
- Responsible for creative outputs reporting into Associate Creative Director (AD)
- Solid creative judgement – supported by experience and examples
- Can lead projects and collaborate with cw’s and designers
- Can confidently build a creative deck and explain creative rationale
- A brand advocate with strategic understanding of our brands tone of voice and identity
- Can confidently and persuasively present and sell their own work
- A strategic point of view and can discover provocative insights
- Involved in regular team engagement
The Must Have's:
- 3 - 5 years Agency Experience
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) proficient
- Experience in collaborating on 360/Digital Campaigns
- Strong portfolio with proven body of work
- Proficiency in delivering work that’s on strategy and delivers results
The Nice to Have's:
- Experience working with alcohol/ beer brands
- Pitch wins under their belt
- Regular award shortlisting
