Our Team:

The Region of Waterloo’s Transportation department is on a transformational journey as the goals and objectives of our regional transportation network are quickly evolving in exciting ways. To support our department, we are looking for a Full Time Supervisor in the Corridor Management team who is passionate about delivering innovative services for all members of the public who depend on our transportation network every day. The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Manager of Transportation Engineering, this exciting opportunity would be well suited for an enthusiastic, creative, and collaborative self-starter who thrives in an environment of innovation and change. As the Supervisor, Corridor Management, you will supervise the planning and implementation of corridor management activities including the review and approval of municipal consents, work permits, oversize loads, and special event permits. You will supervise the coordination of utility infrastructure work on/adjacent to Regional road allowances, railways, and Regional transportation facilities. The supervisor will also have the opportunity to take the departmental lead on the review and approval of illumination design and installations on Regional roads.
