What You’ll Do
We’re B2B – but we’re not boring! And we’re not following the crowd, we want our copy to stand out. We want to find new and exciting ways to attract and engage new and existing clients.
As our Content Manager you will:
- Manage and execute client communication programs using a variety of channels, including e-mail , social media, webinars, blog posts, website content, video, print, etc.
- Be responsible for creating content that generates new traffic to the website and converts them into leads.
- Use customer research to develop content that focuses on customer needs and pain points.
- Own the content calendar, made in coordination with the content and compliance team.
- Work alongside an external agency to develop SEO content for blogs and video.
- Manage a content team of two including a content producer and e-mail and social specialist.
- Plan and allocate resources to ensure agreed outputs and timelines are met.
- Develop the social strategy to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
- Help define and execute the brand personality and promise across all assets created.
- Report on the performance of content and interactions across channels.
- Work with an internal multimedia team to create engaging and on-brand content for all relevant communication channels.
Requirements
About You
You are a marketing professional who:
- Has at least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally with people management experience.
- Has a proactive can-do attitude; someone who thrives on a challenge.
- Understands SEO tactics and tools
- Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other marketing automation tools.
- Has experience with reporting tools like search console and Google analytics
- Has experience with keyword research using tools like SEMRush, AHrefs or Moz.
- Has strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Has the ability to manage stakeholders and peers from briefing through to delivery and reporting.
- Has the ability to work within budget and tight deadlines.
- Understands reporting software such as Salesforce.
- Can work under pressure and manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
- Is a team player willing to adapt to a fast paced yet fun environment.
- B2B experience is desirable but not essential.
