Tasks and responsabilities
Determine the cost analyzes and the level of profitability of Compliance software products;
Participate in the identification of targets, due diligence and integration of acquisitions;
Manage short/long term cash flow and determine financial needs;
Develop and maintain relationships with banks and the financial community;
Propose financing strategies, through various financial vehicles in the form of government assistance, loans or share capital.
Your profile
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance or any relevant discipline;
More than five years of experience in finance (Mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, financing etc.) and/or management experience with the day-to-day financial operations of an organization of at least 50 employees;
Good knowledge of cash management, investments and business valuation principles;
Knowledge of companies in the field of technology or cloud computing (SaaS) is an asset.
