As the  Manager of Supplier Performance and Relationship Management , your role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the relationships with our most strategic suppliers. You will be responsible for managing the entire supplier lifecycle, from onboarding to performance evaluation. Your duties will include resolving disputes, ensuring compliance with agreements, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supplier strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Negotiate SLA agreements with suppliers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on supplier strategies
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews
- Implement supplier performance metrics and KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supplier management

What you have to offer:

- An Undergraduate Degree in Business or similar and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a DEC and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Reporting excellence: Power BI and other analytics tools
- Previous experience in analyzing data and providing recommendation
- Above average MS Excel Skills
- Proven experience in supplier relationship management 
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Self-starter
