Youth Housing Worker Surrey Youth Reaching Home Regular Full Time (35 hours/week)

Opportunity Pacific Community Resources Society is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Youth Housing Worker in Surrey. This worker will provide housing support for youth up to the age of 24, who are currently experiencing homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness. The housing worker’s primary responsibility will be to support youth to remain housed or find and secure safe and affordable housing. The worker will maintain a caseload and provide community outreach services. The worker will also liaise with other agencies, shelters and safe houses to ensure homeless youth have access to services to end the cycle of homelessness
