Position Description

• Primary focus on customer satisfaction, account management and production coordination.
• Receives and processes routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.
• Serve as intermediary between the customer and various departments within company,
• Perform administrative duties and tasks as assigned

Experience

3-5 years’ print industry experience required
