Job description
Spring Valley Farms Ltd. dba McDonald's Restaurant in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan is currently hiring 5 permanent full-time Shift Manager - Fast Food Restaurant. Duties and Responsibilities: Establish work schedules. Take action to meet guest demand while assuring that the team is meeting McDonald's standards. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of area supervisors. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Monitor safety, security and profitability. Ensure food service and quality control. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
