KS3 Humanities Teacher | Teach Abroad | Geography & History Teacher
Our client is a leading school in Doha, Qatar looking for qualified and experienced teachers of Humanities to join the school. This school delivers the UK curriculum to local students and local Arab students but follows an Islamic values and ethos.

Requirements to Apply
**Degree in Humanities/Social Studies
**A PGCE in Humanities
**Ideally 2 years teaching experience
**Western-trained preferably
**An excellent command of written and spoken English
**Tech savvy
**Have experience of the UK National Curriculum
**Candidates that have experience teaching in an Islamic faith school will be preferred or those that have taught in the GCC

Salary Package
** TAX-FREE salary ranging from 9000-13000 QAR per month

Job Description
**Plan highly effective lessons of humanities to secondary students
**Create resources for your lessons
**Be well organised and on top of your daily work duties
**Carry out lunchtime duty
**Attend Humanities Department meetings
**Attend staff briefing
**Help underachieving students after school
**Take part in school activities
**Ensure your marking/assessment is up to date
**Differentiate your lessons to meet the needs of your students
**Be an excellent role model for the students
**Create amazing wall displays to promote the work of students
**Attend parents evening when needed
