Position: PERMANENT executive assistant
Location: Downtown Montreal, 100% face-to-face
Domain: Non-profit organization
Teleworking: Not at the moment
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week flexible
Salary: To be discussed based on your experience

Responsibilities
Here are the tasks related to the executive assistant position:

- Management of the President's agenda
- Filter and prioritize all phone calls, correspondence and requests addressed to the President
- Attend management committee meetings by writing the minutes and ensuring their follow-up;
- Prepare various official documents in both French and English and coordinate distribution when necessary;

- Carry out the tasks and projects directly entrusted to them independently and professionally;
- Carry out general office work as well as administrative support;

Qualifications
What skills are sought for this position?

- Bilingualism is required orally and in writing
- Have worked at least two years in a similar position;
- Have knowledge of the office suite
- Be organized
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Ability to multitask;
- Ability to work independently and in a group and to manage priorities;
