Customer & Technical Support Representative

We are currently looking for (3) Customer & Technical Support Representatives for one of our clients in the printing industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $17.50.

12month contract.

Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).

Weekday schedule: Rotating shifts between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm (at the office).

Responsibilities:

Ensure an exceptional customer experience by employing proficient listening skills empathy and a sense of urgency; effectively address and resolve service concerns with customers when necessary.

Address customer hardware software and networking issues during initial contact utilizing company Systems CareAR and/or appropriate software tools.

Proactively communicate the advantages of diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.

Handle incoming customer escalations through skillful negotiation and escalate urgent matters to the appropriate team when needed.

Contribute to knowledge systems to enhance the solutions offered to customers.

Execute processes specific to company Major Account Customers to uphold Service Level Agreements.

Provide feedback on policies and procedures to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and software.

Focus on performance with success measured by providing excellent experiences and resolving technical issues through sound business decisions in every interaction.

Represent the company to customers and partners in a friendly professional and ethical manner.

What you will need to succeed:

PostSecondary Education is an asset.

Technical support experience is an asset.

Experience with troubleshooting technology issues such as Xbox PlayStation mobile devices software computers printers etc. is an asset.

Solid ProblemSolving Skills

Ability to multitask effectively with attention to detail.

Critical thinking and decision making.

Ability to deliver results independently and as a part of a team.

Strong communication skills encompassing active listening proficient written and verbal abilities along with a friendly approach.

High level of achievement and selfmotivation.
