Join a Dynamic Team working on supporting Real-Time Payment Solutions!
This central role offers diverse challenges and a chance to wear multiple hats as you work with a close-knit team overseeing US-based real-time payment applications directly connected to Fedwire and Chips.
Gain in-depth exposure to both the business and technology sides of our growing payments team.
What to expect: - Provide technical and functional support (level 2/3), solving production issues and communicating with stakeholders.
- Develop tools and reports to automate tasks and monitor system health.
- Build and test new features, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance CI/CD practices and automation.
- Work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ actual years in application support, production support, with some DevOps know-how
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customer relationships
- Understanding of Agile and continuous delivery methodologies
- Computer science degree or equivalent technical certifications
- Experience working with Unix/Linux and SQL
- Languages: English (fluent, written and spoken) - French is a welcomed plus.
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of capital markets and investment banking
- Exposure to payment systems (SWIFT, Montran, Ach Plus, Fedwire, Chips)
- Real-time interface design interaction/experience
