Job description
Our Sales team is currently seeking an Account Manager Trainee to join us, and we couldn't be more thrilled about it! At ARK , we take pride in delivering brand marketing and positioning services to our diverse range of clients. As an Account Manager Trainee , you will play a vital role in driving growth for our clients. This will involve working on increasing brand recognition, expanding the customer base, and boosting sales revenue for the clients we serve.
Responsibilities of Account Manager Trainee also include:
- Working with electronic tablets and other smart technology to input and maintain customer information, sales records, installation records, and evaluate sales performance
- Interacting with every assigned client one-on-one to provide an excellent customer experience, build lasting brand relationships, and close sales
- Scheduling and conducting a follow-up with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and update on the promotions available to them
Account Manager Trainee should:
- Be able to build relationships with new and existing customers
- Have experience in sales, customer service, communications, and/or client acquisition
- Be able to work in a team and independently with minimum direction
- Have a reliable form of transportation, a valid driver's license, and a personal vehicle
- Have an open full-time availability
