Job description


1.    Greeting clients and handling phone calls and emails.
2.    Managing appointments, meetings, and repair schedules.
3.    Entering data related to repairs, preparing invoices, and managing paper-work.
4.    Managing payments and accounts receivable for body repair work.
5.    Administering an annual operating budget for the body shop.
6.    Keeping track of office supplies and repair materials
7.    Coordinating communication between different departments and external parties.
8.    Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with insurance adjusters and customers.
