Job description

Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Dorval
Salary: $68K to $72K
Schedule: Monday to Friday – flexible schedule during core hours – 2 days remote

Our client, a well-established company in Dorval, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their corporate team. In this role, you will support the General Director and other executive staff. You will have access to working one day remotely and the full benefits of a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the administrative chores in the office
- Manage a variety of tasks such as contracts, parking spots, document renewals, courier, and others
- Document redaction, revision and translation as needed
- Oversee the creation of brochures, reports and other media
- Manage the mail, postal and electronic
- File, electronically and physically, in archives and computer systems
- Manage logistics for business trips
- Redact expense reports
- Complete files according to the invoices and payments
- Provide support to the HR and Procurement departments

Qualifications:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative support at the director level
- Fluently bilingual with strong written skills to support customers across Canada
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Pleasant and welcoming personality, amicable and enthusiastic attitude
