Responsibilities
TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
-Make quotes/estimates
-Management of residential service submissions
-Monitoring orders and part returns
-Management of parts inventory
-Maintain good relationships with suppliers
-Management of purchase orders
-Preparation of stock orders for technicians
-Problem resolution with customers
-All other tasks related to the smooth running of the service department
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS DESIRED
- Functionally bilingual
- Experience in HVAC - Asset
- Comfortable with computers in general
- Good sense of customer support
- Have good interpersonal skills
