Job description
One of our clients is looking for a technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving ability for the position of Bilingual IT support. My client is looking for someone with good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues from various departments and clients. The candidate must understand the users technical needs and understand their problems and implement effective solutions to them.

Responsibilities
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for all IT related issues for end users
Installing and configuring hardware and software issues
Troubleshooting IT issues through a ticketing tool
Customer service experience is essential
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
5+ years of experience in L1 and L2 support experience
Experience in technical support, POS or similar environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Inventory management,ordering processes and POS hardware
Team viewer, computer network experience is essential
Must be fully bilingual French and English
