Job description
A company specializing in the manufacturing and supply of food services, looking for a sales coordinator to join its Ville Saint Laurent team.
This well-known company is seeking a full-time, in-person Sales Coordinator, hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 40 hour work week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage orders received by email: data entry into the ERP system
Management of purchase orders, price lists, quantities of goods, etc.
Management of freight transport
Updating files, major accounts, suppliers, specific brands
Adjustment of purchase orders, invoicing, submission, reports
Coordination of deliveries with the warehouse
Management of communications, delivery times and updating of promotions
QUALIFICATIONS
Oral and written bilingualism in (English and French)
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
Attention to details
Strong skills in MS Office
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful and autonomous
