Job description
Adecco is actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team in Ajax, ON. This is a Full-Time role with a focus on ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconciliation of accounts, and various financial analyses. The ideal candidate will have experience using Dynamics 365 and possess a strong understanding of accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:
Posting invoices for both purchase orders and non-PO transactions.
Bank account reconciliation and cash management.
Intercompany reconciliation and analysis of selected accounts.
Year-end schedule preparation and coordination with logistics for document follow-up.
Per Diems and credit card reconciliation.
Downloading invoices from various vendors/suppliers.
Managing staff expense accounts and clearing freight and suspense accounts.
Miscellaneous tasks including purchasing coordination, banking, and assistance with collections.
Utilizing Dynamics 365 (asset).
Requirements:
Prior experience in an Accounts Payable department
Accounting background and familiarity with accounting software.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate proficiency with Dynamics 365 (preferred).
Possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
