Pharmacist – 83rd & Scott Road

in Surrey is hiring a full-time Pharmacist.
Our mission at Pharmasave is to offer exceptional patient centered care in an inclusive and professional pharmacy. Our priority is the health and wellness of our patients and are committed to the full scope of the clinical practice of pharmacy.
Hours of operation are 9am-6pm Monday through Friday, 10am-2pm Saturday, and closed Sunday.
Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Checking prescriptions for accuracy
Counseling on prescription medications
OTC counseling / health management consulting
Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team
Collaboration with pharmacy assistant to accurately dispense prescription medications
Proficient in professional services (medication reviews, injections, adaptations)
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Minimum 1 year of experience as a retail Pharmacist (preferred)
Certificate of Injection for Drug Administration
OAT certification
Experience in Kroll
Experience working in a retail environment
Good communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Experience doing med reviews & adaptations
Superior interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Computer proficiency
Panjabi & Hindi languages would be considered as an asset
