Job description
Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a 2-month contract in Edmonton (outage support). Scope of Work: • The duration will be from mid March- end of May (extension is possible) • 6-day work week • Hours are 7:30-4 pm • Focused daily LEM entry KAEF Admin Duties include: • Daily entry and verification of LEM's and invoices • Reconcile invoices with LEM's • File timesheets and invoices by date • Track all discrepancies from timesheets and invoices • Replenish office supplies as needed • Ordering lunches as requested • Admin support for Lisa where needed • Outage planning support where needed • Computer Knowledge (Maximo and SharePoint experience are assets)
