The Role
We are currently looking for a proven Sales Representative (Partner Lead) for Retail Media Group. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, communication, sales, negotiating and proven closing skills.
The focus of the role will be Partner Acquisition and Sales Leadership for Western Canada,
Utilizing the brand and the currency of the More Rewards Program, the role is to: i) form new business partnerships, ii) consultatively develop customized loyalty programs to address specific business needs, iii) negotiate partnership deals and iv) support the launch and work with the Client Success team to support the development, management, and growth of the client programs and relationships through strategic consultation, leadership, and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build Partnerships with businesses based in Western Canada as well as assigned and approved strategic national opportunities with Head Offices in other provinces
- Develop loyalty program designs for individual customers that meet their key business needs and objectives, including the creation of ROI models
- Negotiate partnership terms and accountabilities, including partner involvement expectations
- Prepare Client specific Partnership Planner pre-agreement
- Update and maintain accurate data reporting, including the full utilization CRM platform

Qualifications:
- University or College degree in a related field
- Minimum of 7 – 10 years of previous professional sales experience
- Extensive knowledge, contacts and B2B sales / B2C sales previous experience
- Experience with both complex sales and comprehensive account and project management
- Proficient in all Microsoft Products, including the ability to create tailored PowerPoint presentations and to build economic models utilizing Excel
- Passionate about the Loyalty Program industry Programs
