Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, generating new leads, identifying potential clients, and developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets. They will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven sales experience with a successful track record
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
• Experience using CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
