A Day in the Life
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play an important part of the facilities team by assisting with maintenance needs, deliveries and pick-ups between our Distribution Center, overseeing all activities inside the building while making sure health and safety standards are met. You will play an important role with building relationships and interacting with contractors sub tenants and vendors as a point of contact for varies different needs. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who carries out preventative checks and can anticipate ongoing needs. They have the manual dexterity to perform the tasks while being a creative problem solver and team player. The candidate would have excellent time management skills while being flexible to changing priorities.
Shift : Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
All About You
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
General Facility Maintenance knowledge (plumbing, flooring, racking, electrical, HVAC)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with a familiarity of industrial hand tools and equipment
Must be able to learn and successfully pass a certification to operate specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks, scissor lifts.
Provide excellent customer service by exhibiting good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel
Ability to multitask and work efficiently to meet company deadlines
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
The Must Haves:
Must have 1+ years of general facility maintenance experience
Must have 6+ months forklift experience on a cherry/order picker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel or other related software necessary to effectively communicate as well as create and maintain reports and logs
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have the ability to work safely at elevated heights
Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
Things You Will be Doing
Receives, manages and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly
Ensures equipment is in proper working order
Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks, scissor lifts.
Organizing and setting up workstations within the warehouse aligned with health, safety and other applicable code regulations.
Oversee all vendors contracted to work on NRI premises by receiving clearance letters, liability insurance and conduct minor orientations with contractor.
Working time to time on special facility-based projects
Keeping inventory and ordering general supplies for operations
Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Keeps work and storage areas in safe, clean, and tidy condition.
Performs other duties as needed
