What you’ll be doing: We’re looking for a
full-time Office Manager & Finance Assistant . Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
- Reporting to Britny McGinnis , Director of Finance, you’ll work on financial tasks
- You will be a big part of ensuring our employees are happy
- You are approachable and will bring a very positive attitude
Here's how your week will look like:
Billing, Invoices and Expenses (60%)- Billing Cuboh customers and processing payments
- Processing semi-monthly payroll with Finance and People Ops team including employee reimbursements, commissions structures, journal entries and taxation
- Recording and paying invoices in a timely manner
- Using QuickBooks Online and other financial software to record financial transactions
- Managing company bank accounts and corporate credit card payments
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable and government remittances
Auditing and Reporting (25%)- Pulling applicable reports for internal tools to analyze and calculate commissions payouts
- Creating customized reports in Salesforce to capture data for Finance, People Ops, Sales and other relevant departments
- Reviewing and adjusting journal entries as appropriate and running regular reports on revenue
- Aiding in preparation of month-end, fiscal-end and year-end documentation; assisting in development of employee tax forms
- Continuously improving financial systems, processes and procedures with Finance team
Financial Support and Projects (15%)- Supporting other departments with financial projects and backlogs
- Office and administrative support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
