Job description

AGM Renovations is the #1 home renovation company specializing in delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to homeowners. We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, establishing strong relationships with customers, and representing AGM Renovations in a positive and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Representation:

    • Be the face of AGM Renovations, embodying our brand values and demonstrating exceptional professionalism.
    • Promote AGM Renovations' products and services at various marketing events, trade shows, exhibitions, and community gatherings.
    • Engage with potential customers to create brand awareness, generate leads, and build positive associations with AGM Renovations.
  2. Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a deep understanding of AGM Renovations' services, and unique selling points.
    • Educate customers about our products, features, and benefits to drive interest and increase sales.
    • Learn about interior renovation services to be able to offer insight to prospects.
  3. Customer Engagement:

    • Proactively approach customers, initiate conversations, and provide information about AGM Renovations' offerings.
    • Engage in friendly and informative conversations, addressing customer inquiries, and providing personalized recommendations.
    • Create a positive customer experience by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and offering solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Lead Generation:

    • Identify potential customers and generate leads through conversations, networking, and other marketing initiatives.
    • Collect customer contact information and ensure accurate documentation for follow-up purposes.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to pass on leads and contribute to the conversion of leads into sales.
  5. Event Coordination:

    • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
    • Set up and maintain promotional materials, ensuring a professional and attractive brand display.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and maximize brand exposure.
    • BAs will need to distribute vouchers to residences in the nearby area one week prior to the open house event.
