Job description

Oversee and assess the operations of businesses involved in retail sales,

To ascertain customer demand, possible sales volumes, and the impact of competitors operations on sales, study market research and trends.

Establish the goods and services to be sold and put price and credit regulations in place.

Create and put into action marketing strategies.

Create budgets, approve purchases, and keep an eye on revenues.

Analyse and enhance customer service and address concerns and requests from customers.

Describe the need for staffing, including recruiting, training, and retaining personnel.
