This role is 100% on-site and will require the successful candidate to work from the office in Sarnia, ON.

Responsibilities
As the Accounts Payable/Receivable Assistant you will be responsible for reporting to the Operations, Accounting Manager and play an important role in a range of activities related to Accounting, Operations, and Asset Management
- Responsible for full cycle AP, AR, customer invoicing and inventory management - this includes reconciliations, remittances
- Receiving and processing purchase orders from vendors
- Assist in preparing product price lists
- Assist the Operational Team to champion supplier, vendor and partner relationships
- Support the Operational team with Inventory Management
- Support the program management and or implementation of various software programs
- Generate monthly, yearly and customer specific sales reports
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 3+ Years' of full cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable experience, with strong financial acumen or a combination of work experience and education may be considered
- Full cycle Bookkeeping experience an asset
- Advanced understanding of inventory management and sales cycles (payroll and sales commission experience a plus)
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables a must)
- Experience with CRM and ERP software, NetSuite a bonus
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Self - starter who is motivated and driven to learn and grow with a company
- Ability to work independently
- Highly detail oriented and organized
