Requirements and Key Attributes:
The Sr. Administrative Specialist must have experience and an in-depth understanding of how to manage legal documents at a sophisticated capacity. They must also have experience handling confidential and sensitive information. The primary responsibilities will include providing document support for the legal professionals and consultants, as well as managing the daily activities, schedules and documents of the legal professionals, as needed. It is critical that the right candidate has a strong ability to prioritize multiple requirements, while being a consummate team player. The ideal candidate would have at least 5+ years of administrative experience.
While this is a hybrid role, the candidate should be willing and available to travel to the downtown Toronto office as necessary.
