Halifax - Hybrid 2 days a week on site

Permanent

Up to $93,000 (CAD per annum)


The Background

Are you a Conversion Rate Optimization specialist interested in a new opportunity to work autonomously and work on exciting projects? We are partnered with a marketing agency based in Canada but who partner with outstanding companies globally to creatively solve problems. Due to growth within the business they are looking for a highly skilled Conversion Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will partner in a range of activities to increase conversions of new and existing customers and in doing so maximize commercial returns for the business. Please note due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will work on a hybrid working model and travel will be required to Montreal and occasionally internationally.

In order to be a successful Conversion Manager you will have…

· A strong background in CRO and / or digital marketing experience in a performance centric / leaning role

· A successful track record of ideating, implementing and scaling CRO programs

· A strong customer centric approach to optimization leveraging your added experience in UX, UI and digital design for conversion best practices

· Experience on industry leading optimization tools like / similar to: Optimizely, Google Optimize, Omniconvert, Unbounce

· A track record of ideating, implementing and scaling CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) or digital growth programs

· Ability to work closely with data, independently, interpret and present that data in engaging and meaningful ways

· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple marketing projects simultaneously within a complex organization

· Strong negotiation and relationship building skills


The role

As a Conversion Manager you will analyze conversion performance and customer behaviours to generate recommendations and drive a variety of testing, language page builds, conversion journeys and digital enhancement experiences. You will take ownership of key KPI’s within defined areas of influence in the conversion funnel and customer lifecycle to ensure the ongoing optimization of customer experience. It is important that you build strong working relationships with other marketing teams such as Retention and Digital Media, working collaboratively to improve how the brand communicates with prospects to deliver the best content, journeys and experience and in doing so increasing conversions. As part of the role you will contribute to executive-level reporting by conveying complex analytics in a concise manner as well as documenting big wins and key learnings to the companies wiki and Jira spaces.
