Starting wage is $41,080 - $49,920 annually. Wages may be scaled with relevant education and/or experience.
Duties:- Reviewing and cross-referencing invoices to maintain accuracy.
- Examining vendor invoices, internal quotations, and historic pricing to verify sales and claim amounts.
- Working collaboratively with Purchasing department to ensure supplier pricing discrepancies are resolved.
- Answering and routing incoming telephone calls; taking and relaying messages pleasantly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and keyboarding skills.
- Strong analytic abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to business
