Job description
Overview
A leading events company based in Kingston are looking for a Marketing Executive to join on a temp to perm basis. The position will be for an initial 3 months with the option to go permanent depending on performance.
Salary: £9-10/hour (temp) / £19,000 – £22,000 (perm)
As the Marketing Executive, you will be required to provide assistance in the following areas:
Artwork
- Working with the Senior Marketing Exec & Marketing Manager to assist with the development of creative campaigns
- Working with the Senior Marketing Exec and Marketing Manager to produce all adverts to the agreed schedule on time
- Fulfilment of artwork pieces: brief design, repro and print of marketing collateral including advertorials and DM pieces, ensuring materials are approved by relevant parties and delivered on time
- To proof copy in marketing collateral to ensure they are accurate and convey key communication messages
- Working with the Senior Marketing Exec and Marketing Manager, produce all adverts to the agreed schedule
Websites
- Liaise with the content team and assist with web updates as required
- Regular proofing and checking to ensure all sites are accurate and performing to their best potential
Data
- Managing integration of new data with external parties
- Briefing data collected on site from data capture competitions and comp tickets to be integrated with the database
Box Office
- Point of contact with call centre and box office
- Ensure copies of all promotional material is sent to call centre and advise when new promotions go live
- Managing the ticket matrix on specific shows as required and setting up and testing of promotional codes
- Assist with testing booking pages and any other duties
