Building Maintenance Coordinator (Part-time Handyman) – South Mississauga, ON
.
Our client is a premiere and well recognized, national manufacturer with their local facility located in Southwest Mississauga. This position is a hands-on, on-site, ongoing and part-time contract to help this organisation maintain basic building maintenance, repairs and upkeep, doing a small variety of regular handyman duties. This position will be an ongoing contract, with no specific end. REQUIREMENTS – Building Maintenance Coordinator

- MUST have relevant experience to apply please
- 5+ years professional experience in performing general renovation and building maintenance work
- Commercial building experience is ideal
- Part time, onsite, 2-3 days a week work on an ongoing contract

RESPONSIBILITIES – Building Maintenance Coordinator
.
- Part time, onsite, 2-3 days a week work on an ongoing contract
- Perform routine maintenance tasks for building upkeep including painting, drywall repairs, minor HVAC such as belt and filter changes, also temperature monitoring and adjustments.
- Support building occupants with furniture and equipment repairs and office relocates
- Monitor general building condition and lighting. Perform bulb changes and minor plumbing repairs.
- Minor plumbing repairs, leaking toilets, Faucets replacements
- Extra - Maintain grass and landscaping. Perform little snow removal at front entrance and stairs.
